District Meetings

The IHSTeCA uses District Meetings to determine All-District Singles, All-District Doubles, and District Coach of the Year selections.

The meetings are at five sites listed below.

At the district meetings, the coaches in attendance choose and rank the Top 16 singles players and the Top 8 doubles teams in their district.

The coaches also select a District Coach of the Year.

The District Meetings for the tennis season will be Wednesday, May 29th at 6:30 p.m.

                                            NOTE:  The D1 meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. Central time (7:00 Eastern time) !!!
                                            NOTE:  The D5 meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Central time (7:30 Eastern time) !!!
Regardless of whether you plan to attend the meeting, you should send your Girls’ All-District/All-State nomination forms to your District Chairman (listed below) by Friday, May 24th, 2013.

This will ensure that your players are nominated, even if something happens at the last minute and you cannot attend the meeting.

If you do not send the forms in advance by the May 19th deadline and instead opt to bring the forms with you to the meeting, you assume 100% of the risk. There are no exceptions to this rule.
